Let s Go Camping !

othing says “ fall ” like camping with your favorite friends and family at McCloud Nature Park .
Each year , we invite families to join us on a nighttime adventure full of games , fireside chats , and s ’ mores . We will be hosting two Family Campouts this year .
THINGS TO DO :
• Explore 232 acres of McCloud Nature Park or hike any of the 6.5 miles of trails
• Naturalist-led fire-starting
• Naturalist-led evening hike
• Self-led Prairie Maze Hikes
• Big Walnut Creek-stomp
Pack your tent , camping gear , sleeping bags , and dinner to cook over the fire . We will provide a campsite ( including firepit ), s ’ mores , breakfast , and 232 acres of natural wonders for your family to explore !
Advance registration is required through HendricksCountyParks . org and space is limited . Registration opens July 31 , and it is recommended that you register early for this popular event !
