Come join us as we celebrate the fall harvest season with food , friends , games , and fun during our very first festival , complete with scarecrows and a chili cook-off , at W . S . Gibbs Memorial Park ! Enjoy free chili and decide which is the winning recipe ! Vote on your favorite scarecrow with canned goods ! ( These canned goods will be donated to a local food pantry to help community members in need .) Try your hand at harvestthemed games and other activities !
Chili Cook Off – Bring the Heat ! Chefs there is a $ 5 entry fee and a crock-pot full of your best chili ( approximately 5 quarts ), hot and ready to serve .
