Dan Nelson , CEO of KCC ( shown here in a mad hatter costume with his daughters ), said , “ Our first annual kite fest at Arcadia Moon was a hit . We look forward to making it an annual event to bring the community together and learn more about all this industry offers .” The event was Free to the public .
