Grounding and mental clarity seem to be at the top of the list of self-care lately. Cannabis, when used with intention, can be a powerful tool to deepen spiritual practices and promote mental clarity. Quieting the mind, enhancing focus, and heightened awareness make it an excellent modality in rituals that intertwine grounding and emotional balance.

When approached mindfully, cannabis can help align the mind, body, and spirit, creating space for reflection, healing, and growth. Here are some ways to incorporate cannabis into your rituals.
Set a Clear Intention Intention is everything when it comes to using cannabis for spiritual and mental well-being. Before consuming, take a moment, take a deep breath, and center yourself. Ask yourself,“ What do I want to gain from the experience?” Are you seeking clarity or grounding after a stressful day, or do you want to deepen your connection to your higher self? How to practice
