Dia created one such relationship with Micheal Lawrence , CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters Kansas City . Dia approached Lawrence with the request to use the space where they often host large gatherings for his event as well . Understanding that the organization opening its doors to Gopack could further help break the stigma around cannabis users and possibly introduce potential mentors to Big Brothers Big Sisters ’ mission . Lawrence obliged , as long as no consumption took place inside of the event space .
Attendees were taken to school on the best way to roll cannabis using Gopacks during the Big Brothers Big Sisters KC event on April 1 .
