start showing in just two weeks ! At the end of the shower , I stand under the cold water for 20 to 30 seconds to release what no longer serves me and my Lymphatic System . Another great thing for the Lymph is Dry Brushing ! I did this after my shower . It felt rough in the beginning , but after a couple of days , it started to feel smoothing . I only dry brush two to three times a week — every skin type is different — even just one to two times a week is sufficient .
Feeling Results
The main takeaway I received from this morning routine experiment is inspiration . I feel more centered , empowered , and committed to my dreams and well-being .
Realistically , some days were more difficult than others . Old patterns would sneak in , or I would get into my head . However , I ’ m so grateful I created this space for myself . I feel more grounded and clear-headed . Now , when I don ’ t follow my Ayurvedic routine , I definitely notice a difference in my day and thoughts . I allow grace and flexibility , but still feel having a good morning routine is very important .
If you feel out of balance , creating a morning routine may help you create a more harmonious life . Take small steps . Start by waking up just 20-30 minutes earlier .
