industry standards at the time , and ironically , it ’ s Gluckman ’ s hands holding example photos throughout the book .
This was just the beginning for Gluckman and Haupt . Haupt would soon wave goodbye to the smaller patient-caregiver grows where they developed the Three A Light techniques and took his team to start Super Farms in Colorado . Super Farms had two separate recreational cultivation licenses ; one at 30,000 square feet and the other at 15,000 square feet . They would be the first state-licensed commercial cultivations to experiment with the Three A Light methods .

Over the following three years , the quality and quantity of the yields they produced through their methods on this larger scale became hard to ignore throughout the industry . Medicine Men Technology would eventually purchase the intellectual property of Three A Light as well as the nutrient line Haupt developed with it called “ Success Nutrients .” They also needed someone to apply this IP to some of their clients struggling grows in Las Vegas , which lead to Gluckman ’ s next step in his journey — Senior Consultant .
When Gluckman arrived in Vegas , one of the very first people he met at the first farm was Adam Diltz ( current COO of Illicit and Kansas City native ). This obviously wouldn ’ t be the last time the two would go on to work together . For the next two years , Gluckman continued to consult for “ Medicine Men .” He implemented new standards in operating procedures that transformed these struggling farms , salvaging losses , saving farms , and maxing the quality and quantity of their yields . With a thumb this green , it was only time before Gluckman went on to launch his own consulting company .
While freelance consulting in Las Vegas , Gluckman would eventually get a call from Diltz , who was now with Verano . Diltz convinced Verano to bring Gluckman in as a consultant , but his talents were too much for them to pass on , so instead , Verano brought him on full-time as GM for both its MIP and cultivation licenses .
Later , Gluckman would move on to be GM for LOVA ’ s two cultivation licenses in Colorado , but it wasn ’ t long before the two found themselves working together again . Very similarly , years later , Diltz would bring Gluckman to Illicit Gardens .
Missouri had finally changed its MMJ laws , and these criminal masterminds became the most wanted positions needed . The evolution of these enemies of the state , to now state leaders — evolving from getting the law book thrown at you in court , to booking contributions and perfecting cannabis cultivation . This high-in-demand illicit knowledge is now being passed on to Missouri ’ s newest cultivators , and Illicit Gardens has already changed the quality of life for thousands of Missouri cannabis patients .
