Eat Your GREENS with CBD & THC
Ingredients 1 spaghetti squash 1 bunch of broccoli 2 chicken breasts 1 cup of heavy whipping cream 1 cup of Half and Half 1 cup of Chardonnay 2 cloves of garlic 1 shallot 4 tablespoons of butter 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese ( not Kraft , guys !)
The Method
Chicken Alfredo

1 . Preheat your oven to 325 degrees and prep your spaghetti squash with extra virgin olive oil , salt , and pepper .
2 . Salt and pepper the chicken and place on the grill set to mediumlow heat . The chicken could take about 20 minutes .
3 . Place spaghetti squash in the oven open side up for 15 minutes , then turn the halves over open side down for another 15 minutes .
4 . Sauté the broccoli in a tablespoon of butter and salt and pepper to taste .
5 . To start the Alfredo , place one tablespoon of butter in a skillet on medium heat . 6 . Add in the garlic and shallot to sweat . 7 . Once the garlic and shallot are ready , deglaze the pan with the
Chardonnay 8 . Let the Chardonnay simmer for about 5 minutes or until it is reduced by half .
9 . Add in three tablespoons of butter , whisk to combine , add the Half and Half and heavy whipping cream , and slowly bring to a simmer . Stir often , so it doesn ’ t scorch . 10 . Once the cream has reduced by half , add the parmesan cheese . 11 . Now your sauce is done , and it ’ s time to toss everything together . 12 . Chop up your grilled chicken and broccoli , scoop out the spaghetti squash , place everything in a bowl and pour your Alfredo over it . Toss and enjoy ! It ’ s Delicious !
