Update of Operational Dispensaries as of 01 / 11 / 2021
We are seeking qualified patient volunteers in the Springfield , Kansas City , St . Louis , Columbia and Cape Girardeau areas who will volunteer to use their medicine in a controlled setting , and then allow police to interact with them after use .
All state laws , rules , and regulations governing medical marijuana will be strictly adhered to . Help officers understand the difference between cannabis use versus cannabis impairment . During this training , officers are also trained on the rules and regulations of the Missouri Medical Marijuana Program , qualified patient ’ s rights and privileges .
We are also seeking cultivation and infused products facilities interested in allowing officers to tour their facility as part of this training . These tours are great opportunities for the facility to help educate law enforcement on how cannabis is legally grown and manufactured .
