I love this month because it reminds me of Love . I am so excited to share this story with you because , well , it ’ s about love , too . It all started when my husband ’ s cousin posted a cheesecake picture with four different types in one . He showed it to me , and I said , of course , I can make that . Show me that picture . I love re-creating things in pictures for folks . It gives me an excuse to show my stuff . Show me a picture of a beautiful cake ; I ’ ll make it . So , this four-type cheesecake was one with strawberry , Oreo , chocolate chip cookie , and then Hershey ’ s Cookies N Cream . Oh wow , just looking at the picture kind of makes one drool a little bit . It ’ s a pie sure to stop your Love in their tracks when they see it . Wow !

If there ’ s one thing I know , it ’ s cheesecake . I used to make two every week at the restaurant for desserts . But , they ask , have you infused a cheesecake ? Not yet , let ’ s do it ! If you ’ re making one at home and choosing to use a no-bake cheesecake , that is totally fine . That makes this recipe super easy and super easy to infuse . You can either infuse the graham cracker crust with your cannabutter or use oil or tincture in the filling . Because you are not baking this pie , you do not have to worry about excessive heat except

from the microwave . If you are infusing the crust with cannabutter , you will need to melt the butter over a double boiler or slowly in a crockpot . If you are making a real cheesecake , watch your oven temp and do not bring it over 325 Fahrenheit . The no-bake version is so easy you can follow the instructions on the no-bake box , divide the prepared filling into four parts and then smash and mix in your ingredients .
For a baked cheesecake , follow the recipe below . Here you can infuse the recipe in the crust with cannabutter , or you can use a tincture or an infused oil in the filling again . I like to use my oil in the filling because my mixer has more of a chance to incorporate it fully . We are going to get 16 good sized slices out of this pie , so infuse accordingly ! If you want to have a not so strong pie add 400 mg to it , and you will have 16 , 25 mg slices . The toppings , however , may be added to the filling before baking , yet you will need to make a divider to divide the four parts . Or you can add them to the top of the pie once it has been baked . Sometimes when I make a cheesecake , I like to make a chocolate ganache to put over the gram cracker crust before adding the filling to the pan . It ’ s so good and creates a chocolate layer over the crust .
