1st Annual Missouri Melt Off
Championship Winners Announced
The championship celebrated the industry’ s concentrates, craftsmanship, culture, and community.

The 1st Annual Missouri Melt Off united Missouri’ s concentrate community for a unique industry competition celebrating craftsmanship, culture, and community. The event took place on Friday, July 10, 2026, at Midway Golf & Games in Columbia, MO. It featured some of the state’ s leading licensed concentrate brands and extraction teams, who competed for the prestigious Melt Belt 2026 Championship titles in the Solventless and Solvent-Based categories.
Hosted by Delphi Brands, the Melt Off Championship combined competition, sponsor experiences, games, entertainment, industry networking, and live brand engagement in a high-energy event designed specifically for Missouri cannabis professionals and concentrate enthusiasts. A panel of respected cannabis industry personalities, extractors, and tastemakers judged the competitors, with winners earning statewide recognition and bragging rights.
One of the hardest things about hosting such events is keeping guests entertained. The Missouri Melt Off met that challenge head-on by hosting the first consumption-friendly event at Midway Golf in Columbia, MO. After receiving free dabs from numerous sponsors, guests had the option to race each other on the go-karts, play archery tag, try axe throwing, hit in the batting cages, hit golf balls at the driving range, play miniature golf, try soccer golf, or even take on a real 9-hole golf challenge.

Unfortunately, the hardest thing ahead of all that fun is predicting the weather. As luck would have it, Missouri pop-up thunderstorms wreaked havoc for 45 minutes while sponsors tried their best to keep their pop-up tents from flying away in bursts of high winds, while the pouring sideways rain soaked nearly everyone.
Nevertheless, after the storm passed, a brilliant rainbow encouraged the Delphi Brands Event Coordinator, Jeremiah Carrasco, to persevere and proceed with the scheduled events. Despite the weather delays, this was by far the most entertaining cannabis event I have attended, and I look forward to next year’ s Missouri Melt Off.
