JUMP Children’s
Charity
JUMP Children’s Charity deliver a unique
complementary service to families with
children with life limiting and terminal
illnesses, by arranging professional
photography to capture everlasting
memories, which are presented in
personal Memory Books and Films.
JUMP was inspired by Jacob Hawthorn
from Warrington, who lived to the
age of three with Congenital Muscular
Dystrophy.
Following
his
passing,
Jacob’s
family found huge
comfort
in
the
memories they had
created
through
photography
and
video; and as such,
JUMP was founded
in 2004.
JUMP is proud to
be celebrating 10
years of providing
their service this
year
and
have
supported
more
than 400 children
and their families
in Warrington and
the North West
areas.

felt overwhelmed by
their story and by
their passion to give
something so special to
the other remarkable
families they have met
in such heartbreaking
circumstances.
Their energy and love for
