It’s time to take
on Cancer
Race For Life 2014 Launches In Cheshire
Cheshire women are being urged to
join forces and show cancer who’s boss
by signing up to Cancer Research UK’s
Race for Life 2014 which is now open for
entries.
Every day, around 100 people are
diagnosed with cancer in the North
West*. Everyone is special, everyone is
somebody’s mum, dad, brother, sister,
friend or colleague.
And that’s why Cancer Research UK is
calling on Cheshire women of all ages,
shapes and sizes, to defy this dreadful
disease by entering Race for Life 5k or 10k
events at Tatton Park on Saturday 28th
and Sunday 29th June.
Event organisers are issuing the rallying
cry ‘cancer, we’re coming to get you’ and
urging women to sign up as soon as
possible.
Cancer Research UK’s Race for Life, in
partnership with Tesco, is an inspiring
women-only series of 5k and 10k events
which raise millions of pounds every
year to help defeat cancer by funding lifesaving research.
