Big Brownie Birthday
at Blackpool

– and the rest of the trip lived up to this

An energetic session at Jungle Jim’s was
off elsewhere. Finally, the Brownies
followed
by
a
settled down to sleep in the actual Circus
Ring – and sleep they did; in fact quite
a few needed some persuasion to wake
up for breakfast the next morning. It was
worth getting up though, because we
were whizzed up to the top of the Tower
to experience the Glass Floor – and many
brave girls were quite happy to lie down
and gaze down to the ground many
metres below. After the obligatory shop
visit for souvenirs, everyone piled back
on the coach for a somewhat quieter
journey home. It certainly was a Brownie
Birthday Party to remember!
