Palms School of Dance
Palms School of Dance is having a
fantastic June. It started with their annual
show at the Daten in Culcheth where
all the children from the 3 venues came
together to a sell out audience to perform
their routines. Everyone thoroughly
enjoyed the performances – especially the
children who danced. The children aged
from 2 – 16 years all did at least 3 dances
in the show that was based around the
theme ‘Colours’ and opened with all the
pupils dancing together.
The following week some of the pupils
entered their first dance competition in
Lowton and all came home with medals.

Their dance teacher – Miss Jennie – says
“I am so proud of all their achievements.
They have overcome their nerves and they
all performed brilliantly on the day.”
The pupils are now beginning to work
on their new routines in preparation for
their next exam session. The school has
a 100% exam pass rate with most pupils
achieving higher than average marks
in their ballet, modern, tap and disco
exams.
