The journey to build a socially just organization has grown in focus and action at NWTC . As we continue to work towards spreading awareness and understanding , application and integration of that work must be emphasized to move us towards that goal . The responsibility for embedding equity-minded practices into the fabric of our work will lead us to an intentional state of inclusion and belonging for all students , faculty , and staff .
