to the making of this Tribute to Susan & Linda..
I myself could not have put words to how these two incredible, giving women touched my own life in so many wonderful ways.
I miss my friend and mentor, Susan.
I read the words of my colleagues,
and I looked at the photos,
and I cried.
I miss my friend and officemate, Linda.
You may notice that the photos of Linda
are not always actually of Linda....
This is because Linda always thought of others,
including Yoshi,
before herself.
This is also why Linda and her family wanted to establish
The Linda McCloskey English Award
for Writing Excellence Endowment
with a prize of $1,500.00
for an outstanding essay of Creative Non-Fiction.
