Naidelyn Vazquez Bachelor of Science in Teaching and Learning What is something that you are most proud of? The one thing I am most proud of was being the first in my family to graduate from a university. Like many of you, I am also a first-generation student and being able to open a door for my family makes me excited for the future. I am now a full teacher!!! I hope I am able to open many more doors in my students lives, as I would like for them to dream without any limitations. My advice to you is simply to keep pushing through all obstacles, you will defeat them all and rise above everything! ♡ What will you miss the most about college? It’s a bittersweet feeling that I have finalized my undergrad experience. I enjoyed just being a student and walking around campus. I know that when I go back the feeling will not be the same as I won’t be rushing to get to class or to an event. Why did you choose KDChi? I remember my freshman orientation and one of the parts that I remember the most was meeting the lovely ladies of KDChi. I remembered how nice it felt to talk to a group of amazing women with whom I shared a similar background and experience to. That is why, when I had the opportunity, I decided to rush KDChi and become a sister. 32
