Letter from the National President University of Texas at San Antonio Chi Chapter | Theta Class Members, Paula Arno Martinez I’d like to begin by congratulating the Class of 2020 on their graduations! My heart hurts that most of you could not celebrate your graduations with your families and loved ones due to COVID-19, but you absolutely deserve to be celebrated! Graduation is a significant milestone and I am so proud of each you. I am proud of the way you represent our sorority and I wish you all the best of luck. I cannot wait to see the things that the Class of 2020 accomplishes! 2020 has been unbelievable, to say the least. I am saddened by the loss of life and economic security due to COVID-19, but I am encouraged by the sense of community that has transpired. It is beautiful to see our communities come together and take care of one another. I am inspired by the support for Human and Civil Rights and am in awe of the passion and drive for change that we are seeing. The year is only half over and I am sure we will see many more challenges within the next few months. But we will get through this together. Please take care of yourselves and each other as we navigate through uncertainty. Let us work together to drive change in our communities. ¡Si se puede!
