I will be interning at the Democratic National
Committee as an Operations Intern with the
Operations Department. I will be assisting in
managing and monitoring the committees day to
day business and legal activities. I will also have the
opportunity to interact with every department of the
DNC. I was able to obtain this internship through the
Wisconsin in Washington program at my school, the
University of Wisconsin-Madison. Every semester
they pick around 20 applicants to spend a semester
in DC and the advisors are there to guide us as we
locate and apply to several internships within the DC
Metropolitan area.

would be the best one to help kickstart my career
and give me a leg up in the professional world. I am
looking forward to making new connections,
exploring all the historical attractions, and getting to
