2) Who can I contact about a vendor issue?

3) How can I become a licensed vendor?

You must apply through Affinity Consultants. A fee, sample items, and proof of general liability insurance are required. You can apply here greeklicensing.com/licensing

3) How should my chapter order paraphernalia (either for rush, events, or fundraisers)?

First, review the Branding Guide in Memberclicks before you design the item. Then seek approval from you District Chair to ensure there is no copyright infringment or branding issues. She will consult with the Vendor Manager if necessary. Finally, always use licensed vendors as per the National Historian/Chaplain policy. This applies to

alumnae chapters and other

sorority entities (NAA, NLC, EF) as well.

4) Can I make items for myself or my big/lil?

Yes, of course! You just can't

manufacture items for profit, either for

yourself or your chapter. Only licensed vendors can manufacture for profit, since they have a legal agreement with our sorority.

5) Can I or my chapter use the new logo?

Yes, please follow the branding guide for proper use and follow the process in question three.
