THROUGH THE EYES OF AN EDUCATOR

My heart is overwhelmed with love , gratitude and support . Thank you to everyone who supported the members of our Prospective Chapter at Texas A & M University . I never imagined that I would have the opportunity to partake in the role as Charter Member Educator alongside my assistants Abigail Ramos and Jessica Saavedra . My gratitude for their knowledge and perseverance is something that only those who live life through sisterhood and service would truly understand . Thank you ladies for lifting my spirits when the journey was dark , because of your support we made this happen . Thank you to our original charters Mary Lou , Suzanna , Coty and Lordes for creating a space for women to gather in love and sisterhood .
Thank you to my nine beautiful women for teaching me so much about life and filling a place in my heart I didn ' t know was empty . My promise to each of you is knowing that we created an unbreakable bond and paved the way for those that will come after you . This was momentous and I could not have been anymore proud of each of you . It was all a dream ... but you nine made it a reality .
Love , Your Charter Member Educator

On April 8th 2023 , Kappa Delta Chi welcomed 9 sisters into our organization . I stood there and watched these ladies smile , laugh and embrace each other with love and triumph . The tears that fell from my eyes were a reflection of all the hard work of those that have come before me and those that will walk into our chapter at Texas A & M University . My vision came to fruition and the future of Kappa Delta Chi at Texas A & M will continue .
