A Few 1960’s recipies for mixing up your own ‘Elixir of Love’. - And Please - Drink Responsibly 2 2 BLUE HAWAIIAN 1 oz blue curaçao, 1 oz light rum 1 oz cream of coconut, 2 oz pineapple juice, 1 cherry,1 slice of pineapple 1 cup of ice Put all ingredients into blender. Blend. Pour into highball glass. Add a cherry and pineapple to garnish. PINK SQUIRREL ¾ oz crème de noyaux, ¾ oz crème de cacao, ½ oz vodka,1 oz fresh cream. Pour all over ice in mixing glass. Stir and serve in martini glass. DAIQUIRI 1½ oz light rum, ¾ oz lime juice ¼ oz simple syrup Shake over ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and garnish with a lime wheel. 2 2 GRASSHOPPER 1½ oz green crème de menthe 1½ oz white crème de cacao 1 oz cream Shake over ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and garnish. serve in martini glass. MINT JULIP 2 oz bourbon, 8 sprigs of mint &1 tsp of sugar Put mint and sugar with a dash of water in mixing glass. Add shaved ice and bourbon. Shake until frosted and pour all into rocks glass. TOM COLLINS 1 oz fresh lemon juice,1 tsp sugar 1½ oz of gin, Lemon slices Mix sugar, gin, and juice over ice in mixing glass. Stir, strain in cocktail glass with ice, and top off with soda water. 2 2
