Celebrating Black History in Garland ISD
The Garland ISD Family and Community Engagement Department has proudly presented the Black History Program for three consecutive years . Under the theme " My Story , My Dance ," this year ' s event was an enriching evening celebrating the African American and Black American experience through dance performances , an art exhibition , culinary delights , and more !
