Formation is when you conjure ideas from your muse. Associations are derived, and multiple
ideas are combined into effective material. This is similar to brainstorming or spit-balling but
done on an individual/internal level. Since the ideas you conjure up are entirely dependent on
your choices, thoughts, and experiences as an individual, results may vary, so rely on your
team for support as they will be generating ideas as well.
EXAMPLE:
Playing the spoons as a musical instrument, using a spoon to eat soup, being spoon-fed
information, informant, whistle blower, playing the whistle as a musical instrument, using a
whistle to eat soup, being whistle-fed information.
