What Are Bicep Curls?
Bicep Curls are very popular when it comes to weight training. This exercise is most commonly done using dumbbells and target more than just the bicep brachii muscle but also the forearms and shoulders as well.
The Breakdown
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart from each other and have a dumbbell in each hand. Keep your elbows tight against your torso and rotate your hands so the palm of your hands are facing forward. In this position, curl your dumbbells towards your chest, engaging your biceps and using your elbows as the pivot point.
