Pecan Pralines Ingredients 1-1/2 cups white, granulated sugar 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed 1/2 cup Half & Half 3/4 stick unsalted butter (6 tablespoons) Pinch of salt 1-1/2 cups pecans 1 teaspoon vanilla Directions 1. In a large, heavy saucepan combine all ingredients except pecans and vanilla 2. Bring to a boil 3. Reduce heat and stir in pecans 4. Cook until temperature reaches soft ball stage (239 degrees) 5.
