Freestyle Boarding

One of the most difficult styles of longboarding. Doing crazy slides and drifts around corners at 20-35 mph is a skill that takes time to learn. This is a realitively new type of longboarding so theres a lot of room to be creative and discover new tricks that are unheard of. Freestyle says it all in the title of the event, it's all you.

Downhill Boarding

Blistering down mountains and hills at up to 65 mph, this is by far the most dangerous of the three types of boarding. All leather suits and full face helmets are used in this. Slide gloves are a requirement for Downhill.

Cruising

The most common form of boarding in the history of the world. Cruising is basically a way to say you "longboard" without putting any effort into the sport. A lot of the time, it's the wanna be hippie girls or cali bros that pull the poser move of "Cruising". This is typically made fun of by the skilled riders.
