HOOSICK FALLS – The owner/operator of the McDonald’s Restaurant on Route 22 abruptly
closed its doors on Tuesday, September 1. Charles Coughlin, the franchisee, posted a notice in the
window announcing the closure of the business after 18 years of operation.
Workers were at the site on Tuesday removing the Golden Arches and other McDonald’s signs.
