In December they they collected household items and sent them to their classmate Isabella Zimmerman’s father, SSG Brian Zimmerman, who is currently deployed in North Africa. The week, the class received a photo and thank you from SSG Zimmerman. It was a treat for the students to see the “before” photo, with the items in their hands, and the “after” photo with SSG Zimmerman holding the very same items. The Sons of the American Legion and the Post 634 Ladies Auxiliary generously paid for its shipping and handling I N D E X Local Headlines........................2, 3 Calendar...................................31 Poor Richards.............................6 Cambridge News...................9-11 Hoosick News.....................14-17 Easton-Greenwich..............18-19 Salem News........................12-13 Classifieds & Notices..... .25-26 Crime and Courts......................24 Sports............................28-30 Greenwich Native Receives Attorney General’s Award - SEE PAGE 19- Cambridge Holds Opiate Summit - SEE PAGE 2-
