Sometimes strong minds can make innovative things and
change the present and give their signature to the future!
Did they make history?
History (from Greek ἱστορία, historia, meaning "inquiry,
knowledge acquired by investigation") is the study of the
past, particularly how it relates to humans. It is an
umbrella term that relates to past events as well as the
memory,
discovery,
collection,
organization,
presentation, and interpretation of information about
these events. A person can make history by contributing
to society in a significant way by creating new policies
that will help the citizens of the country, by creating a
new invention that will improve our way of life,
by showing compassion to others through charity work,
and so on. Under that meaning of the phrase 'make
history' definitely can be supported that the team in Hut 8
'made history'! They are an inspiration to all around the
world Coming to a conclusion, During the World War II,
Turing worked for the Government Code and Cypher
School (GC&CS) at Bletchley Park, Britain's code breaking
centre . For a time he led Hut 8, the section responsible
for German naval cryptanalysis. He devised a number of
techniques for breaking German ciphers, including
improvements to the pre-war Polish bombe method and
an electromechanical machine that could find settings for
the Enigma machine.
