News & Events Wild Card Racing 's N/FC Duster at Darrell Gwynn's Show of Shows Gainesville Raceway Winners Our friend Michael Harrigan of Florida's Wild Card Racing sent us an offseason update: Winners from Gainesville Raceway's January 1 6th, 201 6 bracket racing in Super Pro, Pro ET, Sportsman, Pro Cycle and Jr. Dragster. "We started our season at the Darrell Gwynn Show of Shows. We displayed and then started the car for the crowd with the help of Paul Smith, Paul Richards, Steve Gruenwald and Jim Campello. We won "The Darrell" which is Darrell's personal choice for the event which was an awesome surprise! Was a nice night and a large crowd. Summit Pro-Am Tour Kicks Off At Immokalee Winner: Mark Horton R/U: Henry Denson Pro ET: Winner: Manny Sousa R/U: Brett Veneman Sportsman: Winner: Brett Veneman R/U: Robert Simpson The IHRA Summit Racing Equipment Pro-Am tour will open the season at Ralph Hester’s Immokalee Regional Raceway located in Florida on February 5-7. The Immokalee event which dates back to 2002 had a record car count in 201 5. Ralph, Thomas and crew always do a great job hosting this event and go above and beyond for this event to make racers feel welcome regardless of where they call home. open at 1 0 am for parking, tech will open at 2 and close at 9, there will be a test and tune session from 5 to 1 0 pm. Saturday the gates and tech open at 8 am with qualifying starting at 9 am and eliminations will begin after the 2nd session. Sunday the gates and tech open at 8 am with God Speed Chapel service will be starting at 8:1 5. There will be 1 qualifying session starting at 9 am with The Summit Pro-Am event at eliminations beginning immediately after Immokalee Regional Raceway is a Wild qualifying.
