The Council for Diversity and Inclusion ( CDI ) is seeking self-nominations for the 2025-2026 Bar year for Member-at-Large : Two-year term ( September 1 , 2025-August 31 , 2027 )
The mission of the CDI is to promote diversity and inclusion in the Sarasota legal community through outreach , education , and collaboration . The CDI meets on the first Wednesday of the month typically from 4:00-5:00 pm , but that is subject to change .
SCBA leadership is a chance to grow personally and professionally , to develop valuable skills , gain unique experience , and make lasting connections with other passionate and motivated attorneys .
