Forty young lawyers and ten mentoring lawyers and judges will engage in discussions to foster mentoring relationships and encourage young lawyers to reach out to senior lawyers for advice and counsel on challenges typically faced by new lawyers . The structure of the program is informal and meant to encourage open dialogue .
