Grilled Peach and Pecan Salad

Ingredients:
2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted 6 cups baby spinach or arugula 1 / 3 cup candied pecans 1 / 4 cup goat cheese crumbles 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

Instructions:
1. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill peach halves for 2 – 3 minutes per side. Slice.
2. Arrange spinach on a platter, top with peach slices, pecans, and goat cheese.
3. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve.
