Paving Roads to New Beginnings
Dr. Ramos embarked on his new beginning in
2012 when he found himself in Tampa, FL pursuing
residency training in Internal Medicine with a focus
in acute-care medicine. He completed his MD
at USF College of Medicine following a transfer
from San Juan Bautista School of Medicine and
revived his past as a tattoo artist upon becoming
certified under Sauler Institute of Medical Tattooing
at UPenn shortly after completing his residency.
He then proceeded to serve the breast cancer
community, offering what no other specialty could
with 3D cosmetic breast reconstruction using color
photorealism techniques in tattooing.
He is a medical doctor, laser tattoo removal
specialist, licensed tattoo artist, musician, Muay
Thai trainer and a prior pro ringside physician staff,
pro cutman, and pro boxing commission physician.
And that is just half of his day! Dr. Ramos has
teamed up with OPES Health and is changing the
game in MD performed laser tattoo removal with
his new company Inkstheticare “Laser & Medical
