Arlene was born in Ft. Hood Texas
while her father was serving in the
1st Cav. Division. His service then
brought her to the state of Florida
where she currently resides. She
is of Cuban, French and Puerto
Rican decent. She graduated at the
University of South Florida with a
double major in Political Science and
International Studies.
Arlene went on to accomplish the
rank of 3rd degree black belt, won
multiple national titles in karate
competitions and was an instructor
for over eight years. After a total of
over 18 years in Karate, she decided
that the next step to continue
a healthy lifestyle was to live it.
She found the National Physique
Committee (NPC) and seen they
had a Fitness Bikini category… her
journey in body building begun.
Arlene has national and local titles
to her name in the Fitness Bikini and
also serves as the Vice President of
All American Music Productions.

What excites you most about life?
Sharing my passion for music.
Many of our soldiers are coming
home injured and disabled and
I knew listening to music would
be soothing to them. With All
American Music Productions, we
have a great and simple mission;
to provide the music needs for
Veterans, first responders, their
families and the men and women
of our Armed Forces in Florida. We
Bring Music to Life!
If you were only allowed to have
three possessions; what would
they be?
The bible, a cell phone and my
favorite pillow.
