ON I S COMPLETE , ME TO erate Improved land management • More than 71% of large grazing properties in the BBB are doing projects to improve their land condition; the majority of these are implementing on-ground water quality practice change, and reporting to the Paddock to Reef Program (P2R). • Preliminary cost-effective results identified multiple on-ground projects with sediment savings <$10 per tonne. • Patchkey analysis and feedback to landholders is taking place at 35 sites throughout the BBB to measure long-term improvements in land management and land condition. • Individual, peer to peer, cluster groups and sub-catchment approaches to improved land management are being adopted.
