90s artist Charli
Baltimore captivated
crowds worldwide with
her poetic rap style and
classic original tunes.
Her fashion style also
gave many much to talk
about as she rose to
fame. Having a chance
to discuss her past,
present, and future as
an artist gave me great
pleasure and it was
definitely an honor.

Much has
changed since the
glory days of
Tiffany Lane’s
(Charli Baltimore)
music career. The
recording industry
has gone from the
cassette tape and
compact disc to
digital
downloading. This
alone has forced
many artists to
come up with
creative ways to
market their niche,
and it has not been
easy. Charli
Baltimore is now
on a quest to
expand the
awareness of her
boutique recording
label B.M.B. While
others are hopeful
that they can still
please the big
recording labels
and win huge
contracts. It seems

more likely
that those
days are
long gone.
Most
established
artists have
been forced
to deal with
the fact that
they now
have to
come up
with their
own
marketing
solutions in
order to
push their
projects to
the masses
for sale.
