beautiful service of
Processing through Limehouse Basin.
installation and
licencing of the new
Master, The Venerable Roger M H Preece, took place, led
by The Bishop of London, Rt Revd and Rt Hon Dame Sarah
Mullally DBE at St. Anne’s Limehouse and then at The
Royal Foundation of St. Katharine.
The procession took everyone out of St. Anne’s Church in
Limehouse and along the basin to the chapel. The whole group
stopped at the yurt cafe in the precinct as the new Master said
a few words and was symbolically gifted seeds and gardening
implements from the community gardening group.

A Royal Visit to The Royal Foundation of St Katharine.
On 30th October 2019, The Foundation was delighted to
welcome Her Royal Highness, The Duchess of Cornwall. She
met with trustees and staff and was guided by the Master Roger
Preece to meet with charities and review future plans for the
Foundation. Later, the Duchess stopped by the Yurt Café for a
cup of tea and a chat with everyone.
