enthusiasts alike to the
Preview Evening of the Royal
Horticultural Society’s
Hampton Court Palace
Flower Show on 29th June.
Situated on the banks of the
River Thames in the grounds
of Hampton Court Palace,
this show is one of the
Summer Season’s highlights.
A
Sited in a much larger acreage
than the RHS Chelsea Flower
Show, guests were able to stroll
through the Show and World
Gardens which included The
World Vision Garden, featuring
a Tuk Tuk and promoting Floral
Friday with World Vision
Ambassador Linda Barker, and
the Macmillan Legacy Garden.
The Journey continued on
through the Conceptual
Gardens with the African Vision:
Malawi Garden and on to the
Historic Garden with the
delightful Tea Party Garden. The
Floral Marquee was magnificent
– a joy to behold – and the
Long Water, washed by its
fountains, proved to be a
welcome cooling element to
offset the heat of the day.
