Herdwick flocks in Cumbria, free
range and corn-fed turkeys and
chickens come from farms in
Norfolk and most of the
vegetables from two suppliers
based in Kent, one of whom is a
unique farm co-operative
working with a number of
specialist farmers from across
the Market Garden of England.
With a large circular staircase
leading to the lower floor, the
venue will incorporate a
contemporary design with a nod
to the traditions of the Livery
