hristmas….it’s nearly
upon us! How quickly
it seems to come around
each year.

It is without doubt the biggest
time for caterers in the year.
Venues will be creaking at the
seams with corporate clients
vying for the best dates,
charities will be having Carol
Concerts tastings will be
happening and the best
entertainment will have been
booked.
For years clients have chosen a
typical plated meal or a stand up
buffet …. so isn’t it a time for a
change. Christmas is all about
sharing with family and friends
so let’s start sharing our food
with each other.
