S . M . Cook may be known for her award-winning serialization , Kyuuketsuki , but she does more than write fiction . Presented here is a trilogy of poems that stand alone yet tell a continuous story . She wrote all three poems in one night – inspired by the positive energy at the ceremony for the 1 st Annual Creative Awards . Now that her serialization has come to an end , she plans to publish the full-length novel in the next year or two . An original native of New York , she lives in Ohio , where she enjoys going to the lake , reading King and Gabaldon , and watching anime .
