The lady of the harbor, holding aloft her torch, was naively
unaware of the evil she was welcoming.
“I think this new world shall suit us well,” said Nathan, the
butcher.
“Yes,” replied Elliot, the baker, “so many thousands of
new tastes to try.”
And Julien, the candlestick maker, simply nodded his head,
eagerly anticipating their new adventures.
