AUDIENCE CHOICE
Audience Choice Awards are sometimes the most satisfying for creatives because the award represents the fans – and what the fans have connected to . For the TDS Audience Choice Awards , that means that readers voiced their favorites by nominating creatives for an award in fiction , poetry , art , and serialization .
The fiction category was won by Amanda Crum for her horror story “ A Metamorphosis .” For poetry , Michael Walker won for his chilling “ Progeny .” In art , Dee Espinoza won with her photograph “ The Guardian .” And Brenda Stephens won the serialization category for her work on “ Vampyre Paladin .”
All of these works are good representations of TDS and , more importantly , speak for the TDS readers . “ A Metamorphosis ” connected with lost love and betrayal , said one reader . Another reader commented that “ Progeny ” was a fit of strength . Yet other readers stated that “ The Guardian ” was salvation and a reminder of the ancients , while “ Vampyre Paladin ” was like watching a vivid movie come to life .
TDS proudly presents all 4 winners of the TDS Audience Choice Awards for fiction , poetry , art , and serialization : the best of the best – in the readers ’ eyes . Enjoy !
