THE DANCE WORLDS 2022 ________________________________________________________________________
GENERAL INFORMATION
PERFORMANCE ORDER
Performance orders for all Dance Worlds divisions will be randomly selected and posted online at USASF . net in early April 2022 . Teams advancing to Finals will perform in reverseorder of their performance rankings . Results will be announced following the conclusion of each division ’ s competition round .
PRELIMS , SEMI-FINALS AND FINALS
• Only Senior Small Hop Hop ( SSHH ) teams with at-large bids will compete in Prelims on the first day of the competition . A minimum of 50 percent of Prelim teams will advance to Semi- Finals on the second day of the competition . Prelim teams advancing to Semi-Finals will be reverse-seeded and distributed among the partial-paid bid teams within the performance order . Scores to not carry over from one round to the next .
• A minimum of 50 percent of Senior Division teams in Semi- Finals will advance to Finals regardless of the number of teams competing in Semi-Finals . Scores do not carry over from one round to the next .
• All IASF Open Divisions and Junior Division teams will compete in Semi-Finals .
• The top three teams from each country in the IASF Open and Junior Divisions will advance from Semi-Finals to Finals .
SCORING
Scores do not carry over from Semi-Finals to Finals . Senior Division teams will be scored on USASF score sheets . Open and Junior Division teams will be scored on IASF score sheets . The Dance Worlds score sheets can be found at TheDanceWorlds . net and IASFworlds . com .
THE DANCE WORLDS AWARDS
Each team will receive a participation trophy and athletes will receive participation medallions . The USASF will award the top 10 teams in each division at The Dance Worlds . Teams ranking first , second , or third will receive gold , silver , or bronze medallions . First-place teams will receive a championship banner and each first-place athlete who performed on the floor will receive a championship ring .
COVERAGE AND LIVE STREAMING
Results and behind-the scenes coverage will be posted regularly throughout the weekend on TheDanceWorlds . net . Live streaming of performances will be available by subscription through FloCheer . com . FREE ACTION MOMENTS PHOTOGRAPHY
Action Moments Photography will have up to four cameras on each Worlds stage capturing hundreds of action shots of your athletes during each performance . Coaches or program owners will receive photo links to share with athletes and parents .
DON ’ T DELAY ! ATHLETES
Each athlete on a U . S . -based Worlds team * MUST HAVE one of the following GOVERNMENT-ISSUED PHOTO IDS :
• driver ’ s license
• military ID
• state ID
• passport
• visa State IDs and passports may take six to eight weeks to obtain . COVID may cause delays in some areas . Please plan accordingly . See page 16 for more information .

COACHES , OWNERS , PERSONNEL
Only coaches , directors , program owners and personnel who meet USASF membership eligibility requirements will be able to join the team in the warm-up and backstage areas . Eligibility requirements include :
• an active USASF membership ,
• a background screening green light from NCSI and
• completion of SafeSport training . All eligibility requirements must be completed through the USASF member profile at least two weeks prior to attending The Dance Worlds . There will be NO EXCEPTIONS .
