World-class chefs from across the nation sharpen their knives and perfect their menus as they prepare for battle in this exciting stripped food competition. Each week, two chefs from the same region go head to head to create the most delicious feast. At the end of the week an esteemed tasting panel decides which chef will represent their region in the final. During the tense final cook off, the public get to decide which of their favourite courses will be served at the banquet, celebrating the very best of the nation’s cooking talent and food. Great British Waste Menu and Great British Budget Menu also available.
