STILLWATER, Okla. – I remember laying in a tent at a music festival almost a decade ago at the end of three long, crazy days of stomping around and listening to music over 12 hours a day, thinking, “If I hear one more note, I’m going to explode!” The next morning, as everybody was packing up camp, I couldn’t help but notice those around me commenting how raging Andy Frasco’s set was. This is a phrase I’d hear uttered over and over with each passing festival.
