of motorcycles on display,
from 450cc fire-breathing
motocross bikes to kids
50cc minis, as well as ATVs,
flipping UTVs and a freestyle
motocross pro jump-off
competition.
The riders competi ng on
this circuit are shooting for
an overall prize package (to
be decided the subsequent
weekend) worth over
$100,000.
Heading into Round 8 on Jan.
12, Adam Gulley of Wright
City, Mo., leads both the 450cc
Pro and 250cc Pro classes
with 372 and 361 points,
respectively. That’s way ahead
of second place Aaron Gulley,
his brother, with 252 and
268 points. Kevin Moranz
of Topeka, Kan., was third in
both categories with 239 and
214 points.
Gunner McKinney and
Dallas Starr, each from
Ponca City, Okla., are the top
two leaders in the ATV Pro
category.
The Nitro AX Pro Tour in Tulsa
also features live music, a
laser and lights show, and a
free pit party where people
can mix and mingle with the
pro drivers. Advance tickets
are $18 for adults ($20 at the
door), $12 for kids under 12
($14 at the door) and free for
those 2-and-under.
